Ruse Entrepreneur’s Night

The Young Entrepreneurs’ night aimed to stimulate young people to apply their knowledge and skills, obtained from academic education, in real situations from the daily round of the business organizations. The event met Ruse University’s students with representatives of companies, whose success is due to entrepreneurial activeness and innovative thinking. The program had three major thematic parts, which allowed young people to demonstrate their creativity by working out of team ideas, to formulate decisions of topics, assigned by the entrepreneurs, and to perform business analyses based on the experience that the managers and company owners shared with the students.

The participants, whose number almost reached 80, were selected from Bachelors programs in Business administration, Industrial management, marketing, Management of transport, Industrial design, Bulgarian language and history, and Master program in Entrepreneurship and innovations.

The invited business representatives were form local and transnational companies in the field of material production, international logistics, construction, healthcare, administrative services.

A special moment in the evening was the presenting of Diploma for successful nomination in the European entrepreneurship awards to Mr. Petko Karachorov, graduate of Faculty of business and management of Ruse university, for his participation in the final section of the contest and reaching the Top 3 in the New entrepreneurs category.
