Human Resources training regarding the entrepreneurship must start in universities and continue with training during the entire professional life. The purpose of this research is to detect the knowledge gaps for the technical Universities undergraduates during their university education in the area of business creation. The target group was made of senior students , Master’s degree students, and graduates from 20 SMEs.

Entrepreneurial education is the process of providing individuals with the ability to recognize commercial opportunities and the insight, self-esteem, knowledge, and skills to act on them. It includes instruction in opportunity recognition, commercializing a concept, marshalling resources in the face of risk, and initiating a business venture.
